I’m excited to work one on one with Vince, and to spend more time getting to know the members at reviver. In the running off-season, I’ll be doing the unlimited classes along with the best you program for winter. And then they will watch you to make sure your form is correct and that you won’t cause any injury. I was so nervous to start something I knew absolutely nothing about, but each class the coaches explain and show exactly what we’re doing and how to modify it if needed. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming, all of the coaches are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. A few friends had suggested I give CrossFit a go, and then my physical therapist (now at limitless physio in the same building- also recommend if you need a compassionate and knowledgeable PT), suggested I give reviver a go. I’ve been a runner for 9 years, and I’ve been plagued by chronic injuries almost yearly from not enough cross training. I started at Reviver about two months ago, and it’s been a great experience so far.
